Designed by Koucky brothers in 1975, this model bears little resemblance to previous CZ pistols. Considered by many, including the late Jeff Cooper, to be the best pistol ever to come from Czech Republic. One of the finest semi-automatics in the world. Chambered for 9mm Parabellum cartridge, it is copied in many countries. Has a breech-lock system utilizing a Browning-style cam. Slide rides on inside of the slide rails. Magazine capacity 15 rounds; barrel length 4.72"; overall length 8". Empty pistol weight 34.5 oz. Offered in black paint, matte or polished blue finish.
